If the unit is beyond economical repair there is a further £5.00 for postage and packing for returns.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of the unit, this is the responsibility of the courier company.
2) Any returned units must be accompanied by details giving the reason for return and number of the Company's invoice on which was originally supplied.
WeRepairTech offer a 60 day warranty for the same repair only.
We take no responsibility for unrelated faults on the same console or other accidental damage that may have occurred.
In the unlikely event that your console develops the same fault within the 60 day warranty period then we will carry out further repairs at no extra cost to you, but excludes postage and packaging charge.
3) The warranty only covers the unit repaired with the previous fault, it does not cover any unrelated issues you may have with the unit.
4) Until payment is received in full, WeRepairTech. reserves the right to withhold your console. If after 60 days of repairing your unit payment has still not been received, WeRepairTech. are authorised to retain and dispose of unit.
5) Payments of invoices issued are due in full, upon completion for work.
6) In some instances data held in your consoles memory may need to be cleared or could get deleted. Please be aware that you are advised to back up all data prior to repair as a guarantee cannot be given that data will be retained.
7) The average turn around taken time 14 working days this is just an estimate and does depend on availability of parts in stock.
8) All terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
